Culinary Retreat on Espiritu Santo Island
Enjoy a culinary retreat with Chef & Lifestyle Expert, Pace Webb. We’ll explore the flavors of Baja utilizing only local seasonal ingredients to create mouth-watering meals from simple yet sensational recipes that can easily be recreated back in your home kitchen.

Experienced yoga practitioner, Sarah Vickers, is also present to lead interested yogis on dawn and dusk sessions of vinyasa yoga, an energizing and relaxing combination of breathing and stretching to unleash tensions and repair sore muscles.

Our trip starts in La Paz, Baja California Sur, the home to the famous fish taco! Just 15 miles north lies our destination, Isla Espiritu Santo, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Espiritu Santo is home to hundreds of tropical fish species, one third of the world’s marine mammals, and breathtaking vistas! Your guide will introduce you to the natural history of this amazing place through activities like kayaking, snorkeling, and hiking. Pace and Antonio will lead two cooking classes per day with small groups preparing the meals, then presenting them to the group. You will take home your very own Recipe book and priceless memories of the most beautiful place in Baja!

Our friendly crew and added creature comforts—such as cabin-style tents, cots, sleeping pads and solar-heated showers—make your days and nights in camp effortless.
